Day 247

Luciana's tooth has pushed it's way through even more since yesterday. I guess all the rest will come soon after, I only hope they're spaced out a bit (time, not in her mouth!!) so she isn't in pain all the time. 

So, after I put Penelope in her crib a bedtime, I go through Lulu's bedtime routine: change diaper, swaddle her or put her in the Sleepsuit, nurse her for a bit, then carry her to her room and put her in her crib. Lately, I've seen her immediately roll onto her side, only she can't maneuver well in a swaddle or sleepsuit, and can't stay on her side without effort. So.... tonight after she was asleep in her swaddle for an hour she began to cry. I went up and removed the swaddle, put her in a sleepsack (something very different, it's function is strictly to keep her warm under the fan & with her window open). She has been sleeping soundly since (3 hours). Let's hope this is the missing piece in her sleeping through the night. 

Our baby is growing up so fast... We'll wean her from breastfeeding soon, also. It's kind of sad! But we are also very happy to see our babies grow and are having a lot of fun with them. :)
